The 500th MOSAIK with the incredible adventures of the Abrafaxe: Never has there been more "tinsel"!

Small and dainty as it has been for more than 40 years can the latest MOSAIK be found at newsagents from July 26th. On the cover the Abrafaxe radiate and are almost oversparkled by golden stars and the magnificent lettering "MOSAIK 500". The great painter Lucas Cranach quickly put one last brush stroke on the painting which comes from his workshop, while an Augustine friar named Martin Luther joyfully presents our three heroes. This is no ordinary issue ...

The next extravagance is presented on the second page: each of the more than 100,000 jubilee issues is stamped with its own number, which has only been assigned once. This may not have happened often on the German magazine market: the number makes every issue unique. And even more: among all the numbers, three appearances as comic characters in the MOSAIK are raffled. To go on an adventure with the Abrafaxe is a widespread dream among MOSAIK readers, which can now finally come true. In addition, one can win are three signed original drawings, three signed painting prints of “The Abrafaxe from the workshop of Lucas Cranach" and 10 book packages.

As is the case with such a solemn occasion, numerous former companions of the Abrafaxe are gathered on a very busy double splash page in the MOSAIK 500 and celebrate a rushing feast.

If all this is too flowery for you, you may want to stick to the hard-hitting 500 Abrafacts, which are presented in the large-sized supplement of the MOSAIK 500. Which famous personalities (Angela Merkel, Thomas Gottschalk, Karl Lagerfeld, Bob Dylan etc.) have been in a MOSAIK before? Who had to go to the loo, when and how often? Have the Abrafaxe ever been punished or fallen in love? And why does the sun almost always shine in the MOSAIK universe?

If you are not a fan of paper, you can even enjoy the latest MOSAIK with a smartphone or tablet.
