For more than 35 years Abrax, Brabax and Califax have not only been traveling around the world, but also through time. They have been to ancient Greece, met Nefertiti in ancient Egypt, traveled through the Middle-Ages as knights and met numerous great adventurers and famous historic personalities. Abrax’ quick tongue often gets him into trouble, but Brabax usually bails them out using his brilliant art of improvisation. Califax is actually not very keen on all these adventures, but he likes to take a look into the various cuisines of the world and to nurse his tummy. You realize it at first sight: the Abrafaxe match perfectly!
Abrax is quite courageous, a real daredevil. He loves to jump head over heels into a new adventure. Sometimes, however, he ignores the consequences und gets himself into lots of trouble.
Brabax is very smart and knows almost everything. No matter if he has to navigate a ship or rescue his friends from danger, he always has a good plan.
Califax is not as adventurous as his friends. He is very jovial and would often rather laze around. He takes care of the group’s physical well-being, and he better not leave out a meal!
The rat is Califax’ loyal pet. She is not always enthusiastic about the Abrafaxe's carelessness, however, she always helps her friends.
